At La Fuente our sacred wellness and longevity center in Valle de Bravo, we work with low-dose 5-MeO-DMT in a titrated format — one to two layered doses, vaporized, held within a somatic and nervous system aware container.

The intention is not overwhelm. It is attunement, embodiment, and safe release.

How We Work
We work with low-dose titration and layering — staying within a dosage range where your personality remains relatively present. One to two vaporized doses, sequenced carefully, with your full informed consent at every step.
This supports extended somatic work, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence rather than full ego dissolution.

This is ideal for those integrating previous high-dose work, those seeking nervous system regulation through the medicine, and those who want relational, trauma-informed facilitation over performance spirituality.

Two Intentions, Two Paths
People come to this medicine for one of two fundamental reasons:

Catharsis — somatic trauma release, allowing the nervous system to discharge what it has been carrying, in the tradition of Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing.

Gnosis — direct experience of non-dual awareness. Not belief about the infinite, but contact with it.
At low dose, both are possible. The difference is in how much of you remains present to meet it.
About Us

Sacred Counsel was founded by Luke and Alexa — a ceremonial musician and a licensed psychotherapist — with a combined background spanning indigenous traditions, somatic psychology, and over 20 years in the medicine space. Our approach is shamanic in spirit but not dogmatic in form. We work with neuroscience education, nervous system awareness, and music woven throughout.

Location & Format
This is a one-day container. Most guests arrive in the morning and return to Mexico City or their accommodation the same afternoon. La Fuente is located in Valle de Bravo, Estado de México — approximately two hours from Mexico City.

That said, if additional rest or support is needed following ceremony, you are always welcome to stay. Our guest cabin is available upon request at an additional cost, and we will never rush your departure if more time is needed.
