Post-Ceremony Integration Retreat, Mexico

For the weeks after a ceremony or retreat, ours or anyone’s, when something opened and needs somewhere to land. You stay at La Fuente, our adobe homestead above Valle de Bravo, with one or two guests at a time.

Each day brings an integration session with Alexa or Luke. Alexa holds an MA in Holistic Counseling and works somatically; Luke brings twenty years in the healing arts and ceremony. Between sessions there’s bodywork and breathwork when they help, the hand-built steam dome and the cold plunge, the garden and long quiet mornings. Meals come three times a day from the garden and the local market.

You leave with a written summary and two online follow-up sessions, so what you gained holds once you’re home.

It suits guests coming off retreats elsewhere in Mexico, anyone whose experience never fully landed, and people who need a soft place to rest after deep work. There is no ceremony during this stay.

Valle de Bravo is about two and a half hours by road from Mexico City. We can arrange a private car from the airport or your hotel.
